Pray for Dorje
I live in the area of Nar Phu. We have our own distinct language that no one around us understands. I will also learn Tamang, Tibetan, Gurung, and Nepali languages over the next few years. I spend months at a time going out with my family to gather natural medicines to sell in China. Because of our remote area and language, very few outsiders come to our villages. I believe and practice Tibetan Buddhism just like everyone in Nar Phu.

God, the Nar Phu people are physically isolated in the mountains as well as linguistically unique. They are behind doors yet to be opened to allow You in since the Bible, Jesus Film, and Gospel recordings are not available in their language. But we pray that one day when they are asked, “Who is the King of glory?” they will respond, “The Lord of hosts!”
“In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake.” 2 Corinthians 4:4-5
Pray for the Holy Spirit to give sight to the blinded eyes of the Nar Phu people so they can see the light offered in Jesus.
Pray for the Scriptures and Gospel recordings to be produced in their language that they could hear the truth of Jesus in their own language.
Pray for near-culture believers to cross the valleys and high mountain passes that separate the Nar Phu to proclaim that Jesus is Lord.
