a name chosen to shine light on an identity search within every heart.
In a world where countless souls grapple with the question of their identity, we seek to share boldly the Gospel to all people of the world. While the Olympic Games evoke emotions of jubilation and unity, there is undeniable weight of loss, heartache, and division behind every face. Whether an athlete, spectator, or host city citizen we all are searching for truth. So as we each ask the question "who am I?" Jesus' profound "I am" statements in the book of John, reveal His true nature and purpose and offer us a new identity found in Him.
"When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
Billions of people are sitting in darkness. Pray that the light of Christ would shine bright through volunteers, national believers, and the Gospel ads around Paris during the Olympics.
"Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Everyone is searching for their way through life. For those that don't have a personal relationship with Jesus, the road is marked with confusion without hope. Pray for those that are stumbling through life that they would see that Jesus is the way, truth, and life!
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."
As believers in Jesus we often forget that to thrive we have to abide, because our Heavenly Father is the source of our substance. As people come to faith pray that they would learn to remain in the Father and that they would grow spiritually by reading the word, joining with other believers, and sharing with others the Good News!
